SMALL GROUND MEAT PATTIES IN CREAMY SAUCE
Små biffar i krämig sås
Serves 4
1.1 lbs ground meat
1 teaspoon salt
some black pepper
grated zest from ½ lemon
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
4 sundried tomatoes in oil
0.2 cup fresh basil
0.4 cup water
0.8 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon concentrated veal fond
2 teaspoons Maizena
For serving:
pasta or rice

Mix ground meat, salt, pepper, lemon zest and crushed garlic to a smooth mixture. Shape to 8 patties and fry in a pan with butter, 4 minutes on each side.
Finely chop the tomatoes and put them in a pan together with shredded basil, water, cream and fond. Bring to a boil and flavor to taste with salt and pepper. Thicken and boil for 3 minutes.
Serve with pasta or rice and a salad.
