MAZARIN PEACH CAKE
Mazarinkaka med persika

8 pieces

1.2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
4.4 oz butter
1 tablespoon regular milk

Filling:
2 to 3 peaches
1.7 oz butter
0.4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
7 oz almond paste
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour

Icing:
0.8 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water


Preheat oven to 392F.

Mix flour and sugar and finely divide the butter into it. Add milk and quickly work to a dough. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll it out and place it in a round springform pan. Prick the dough layer and prebake for 10 minutes. Take it out and lower the heat to 347F.

Split the peaches and cut in wedges. Place them in the pan. Stir butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Grate the almond paste and stir it in. Work the eggs into the batter, one by one, and last the flour. Spread this out over the peaches and bake for about 40 minutes.

Allow to cool. Stir the icing together and drizzle it over the cake.
