PLAICE ROULADES WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE
Spättarulader med gräddfilssås

Serves 2

6 plaice fillets
salt, pepper
12 crayfish tails

Sour cream sauce:
0.8 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lobster fond
0.4 cup crayfish tails
salt, pepper
2 tablespoons chopped chives

For serving:
boiled potatoes
salad


Place the fish fillets on a baking paper. Flavor lightly with salt and pepper. Place 2 crayfish tails on each fillet and roll up. Put the roulades in a small oven-proof dish and cook in the microwave on maximum effect for 3 to 4 minutes, or put them in a saucepan and pour on enough boiling water to cover the fish and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Sour cream sauce:
Mix sour cream, lobster fond and crayfish tails. Flavor to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the sauce with the fish, boiled potatoes and a salad.
