BUBBLY LIMONCELLO LEMON SORBET DRINK
Bubblig drink med limoncello och citronsorbet
2 glasses
0.6 cup lemon sorbet
0.3 cup vodka
0.2 cup limoncello
0.8 cup dry, sparkling white wine
crushed ice
Decoration:
1 lemon
Put the crushed ice in the bottom of the glasses. Spoon the sorbet into a bowl, straight from the freezer. Add vodka and limoncello and quickly beat together. Pour in the glasses and fill up with sparkling wine. Decorate with grated lemon zest and perhaps a lemon wedge on the edge of the glass.
Serve immediately.
