WHITE CHOCOLATE LEMON CREME
Vit choklad- och citronkräm
6 buffet servings
7 oz white chocolate
0.8 cup heavy cream
2 lemons
7 oz cream cheese, room-tempered
18 digestive biscuits
Decoration:
raspberries
Chop the chocolate and melt it in the cream. Finely grate the zest off the lemons and add to the chocolate cream. Beat the room-tempered cream cheese into the bowl and leave in the fridge to set.
When serving, crush the biscuits and layer biscuits and creme in serving glasses. Decorate with raspberries.
