STRAWBERRY SOUP WITH ICE CREAM

Serves 4
0.8 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
4 cups strawberries
4 scoops ice cream
almond biscuits
Bring water and sugar to a boil until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool completely. Trim and mix the strawberries until smooth. Mix with the syrup and dilute with some water if the soup is too thick.
Serve the soup with ice cream and almond biscuits.
