SUMMER CAKE WITH RASPBERRIES AND CURRANTS
Sommarkaka med hallon och vinbär
1 cake, approx 8 pieces
7 oz almond paste
2 small eggs
1.2 cup raspberries
0.8 cup redcurrants
Preheat oven to 347F.
Grease and flour small pie pans, preferably springform pans. Grate the almond paste and mix with the eggs. Divide the mixture in the pie pans and add half of the berries. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes. Take out and allow to cool.
Serve with remaining berries.
