MELON PANNA COTTA
Pannacotta med melon
Serves 4
1.8 cups cream
4 gelatin sheets or 2 teaspoons
gelatin powder
0.2 cup cane sugar
0.2 cup lemon balm leaves
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
Decoration:
watermelon balls
lemon balm
Soak the gelatin in cold water or do as you normally do with the powder. Bring the cream to a boil with sugar and lemon zest. Melt the drained gelatin sheets over low heat. Stir into the cream and add finely chopped lemon balm.
Divide the mixture in serving glasses and allow to cool before putting them in the fridge to set. Decorate before serving with watermelon and lemon balm.
