SEMOLINA PUDDING

Serves 4
2.8 cups regular milk
0.4 cup heavy cream
0.6 cup semolina
0.4 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
For serving:
7 oz strawberries
0.2 cup sugar
0.4 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 392F.
Bring milk and cream to a boil. Beat semolina and raisins into the mixture and boil while stirring over low heat for 5 minutes. Let the porridge cool for 15 minutes. Stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour in a greased oven-proof pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Mix the strawberries and flavor to taste with sugar. Serve with the pudding together with whipped cream.
