PORK CHOPS WITH GREEN PEPPER MAYONNAISE
Fläskkotletter med grönpepparmajonnäs
Serves 2
2 pork chops, each about 5½ oz
1 tablespoon butter
salt, black pepper
Green pepper and dill mayonnaise:
0.2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
0.2 cup low-fat creme fraiche
0.2 cup chopped dill
½ tablespoons whole green peppercorns,
in liquid
For serving:
potatoes
broccoli
Mix together the ingredients for the mayonnaise. If desired, chop up the green peppercorns lightly. Flavor to taste with salt.
Fry the pork chops and serve with the mayonnaise, boiled potatoes and boiled broccoli.
