Raspberry Pie - Hallonpaj

RASPBERRY PIE
Hallonpaj

1 pie, 8 pieces

4.4 oz butter or margarine
0.8 cup flour
0.4 cup oats
2 tablespoons raw sugar
1 tablespoon water

Filling:
1.2 cup ready made or
home made vanilla creme
8.8 oz raspberries
0.6 cup red or blackcurrant jelly


Preheat oven to 392F.

Finely divide the butter in flour, oats and sugar. Add water and work to a dough. Place in a springform pan, diameter about 9 inches, and store cold for about 30 minutes. Prick with a fork and bake for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool. 

Fill the crust with vanilla creme and top with raspberries. Gently melt the jelly while stirring and spoon it over the berries. Leave to set.
