FISH IN A MINUTE

1 can sliced mushrooms, good 6 oz
1/3 cup mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup heavy Cream
Cut the block of frozen fish in approx ¾ inch thick slices and put them in an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and put on the well-drained mushrooms. Blend together mustard, mayonnaise and cream and pour this over the fish in the pan.

With a packet of frozen cod or haddock fillets you make a
simple fish dish in no time, which you could serve to the King or Queen (or
both!).

1 package frozen cod or haddock fillets, approx 1 1/3 lbs

Bake in the middle of the oven at 440 to 480F for about 20 minutes or until the fish is done and slightly coloured. Serve
the fish with e.g. boiled potatoes and broccoli and a tomato and onion salad.
