PEACH RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
Persika- och hallonsmoothie

These refreshing, filling drinks with the taste of summer are healthy and low in calories. At least in my opinion!

4 drinks

2 peaches + some slices for decoration
1 banana
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
+ some extra for decoration
3 tablespoons honey

Split the peaches, take out the stone and cut the halves in thin slices. Put them on a tray and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. If you use fresh raspberries, freeze them together with the peaches.

Mix yogurt and milk and put that in the freezer as well. Freeze until ice cold but not frozen. Peel the banana and cut in pieces. Pour the yogurt mixture in a blender, add peach slices, raspberries, banana pieces and honey and mix until the ingredients are well blended and fairly smooth. It’s best if it still contains some pieces of fruit.

Pour the drinks in chilled glasses and decorate with peach slices and raspberries.
