Korv på vitkålsbädd
This is a German-inspired dish with cabbage and smoked
sausage. Try making it with some sort of German or Polish kind of sausage and
make sure to put mustard on the table – they go hand in hand!
4 servings
Approx 14 oz cabbage
3 spring onions2 carrots
2 tablespoons oil
¼ cup raisins
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
14 oz to 1 lb smoked sausage
