Sunshine shake - Solskensshake

SUNSHINE SHAKE
Solskensshake

This quick shake with fresh orange juice, banana and passionfruit tastes like summer through a straw … it’s so good.

4 glasses

2 cups fresh orange juice
1 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup wholemeal cereal (?)
2 bananas
3 tablespoons pulp from passionfruit
2 tablespoons honey

Put orange juice, yogurt, bananas and passionfruit in the fridge for about 30 minutes before making the shakes.

Mix orange juice and yogurt in a mixer or food processor and process for a few seconds. Add cereal and mix until smooth. Peel the bananas and slice them down right into the mixer, so that they don’t get brown, and mix until smooth. Add passionfruit and honey and mix until well blended. Pour into 4 glasses, add the straws and serve.

This shake gets even more summery in taste if you add a couple of strawberries as well.
