Fish Au Gratin with French Crumble and Mashed Potatoes - Fiskgratäng med mos och franskt strössel

FISH AU GRATIN WITH FRENCH CRUMBLE
AND MASHED POTATOES
Fiskgratäng med mos och franskt strössel

Serves 4

1.1 lb fillet of cod
1 teaspoon salt
some pepper
3 slices white bread
1 garlic clove
0.8 cup grated cheese
1 oz butter
0.4 cup chopped parsley

Mashed potatoes:
your own recipe


Make the mashed potatoes. Put the fish in an oven-proof pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble the bread and mix with crushed garlic, cheese, butter and parsley. Pipe the mashed potatoes around the fish and cook in the oven at 435F for about 20 minutes. Decorate with tomatoes if you so desire.

Serve with grated carrots.
