Horseradish cod - Pepparrotstorsk

HORSERADISH COD
Pepparrotstorsk

I don’t eat much fish, but I really like this recipe. Sorry for not including a picture but I don't have any!

4 servings

2 onions
1½ tablespoons butter or margarine
1 lb fresh fillets of cod or haddock
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
4 msk chopped parsley
3 to 4 chopped tomatoes


Peel and chop the onions and soften it up in a small pot or saucepan. Cut the fish fillets in suitable serving pieces, sprinkle with salt and put them with the onions. Cover with a lid and simmer slowly for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with horseradish, tomatoes and parsley.

Serve with boiled potatoes and whatever veggies you prefer.
