Chicken Bell Pepper Stew - Paprikagryta med kyckling

CHICKEN BELL PEPPER STEW
Paprikagryta med kyckling

Serves 4

1 chicken, cut in 10 to 12 pieces
1 teaspoon salt
some black pepper
2 chopped onions
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 to 1½ tablespoons paprika
1 cup bouillon
2 shredded bell peppers
0.4 cup crème fraîche


Brown the chicken in some fat and flavor with salt and pepper. Transfer to a pot. Sauté onions and garlic in some fat, remove from heat and stir in the paprika. Transfer the onion to the pot, pour in the bouillon, cover with a lid and boil for about 25 minutes. Add crème fraîche and shredded bell peppers and boil for another 5 minutes or so.
