Garlic Spaghetti - Spaghetti med vitlökssmak

GARLIC SPAGHETTI
Spaghetti med vitlökssmak

Serves 4

2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons oil
0.8 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon fresh, chopped oregano
or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10½ to 12 oz tagliatelle
1 3/4 oz grated parmesan


Crush the garlic cloves and sauté them in the oil in a pot for a minute. Add the cream and put in parsley and oregano. Boil on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta in lots of salted water. Drain well.

Mix the cheese in the sauce and let it melt. Turn the pasta into the sauce and serve immediately with a salad. If you want meat with it, feel free - something smoked tastes best with this.
