QUICK AND EASY SPINACH LASAGNA
Snabba spenatlasagnen

Lasagna can be real fast food. Use ready-made sauces and fresh lasagna plates.

Serves 4

2 garlic cloves
9 oz leafy spinach
butter or margarine
1 can tomato-based pasta sauce, approx 14 oz
2 cups ready-made cheese sauce, e.g. Kelda (that's our
most common  Swedish brand)
8 to 10 fresh lasagna plates
0.8 cup grated cheese for gratins


Heat the oven to 440F. 

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté garlic and spinach in some fat in a frying pan and add the pasta sauce. Alternate spinach mix, cheese sauce and lasagna plates (platters?) in a greased, oven-proof pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the lower part of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with a salad.
