MY LOVELY LIVER STEW
Min goda levergryta

Serves 4

10½ oz calf's liver
5½ oz smoked pork belly or bacon
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
½ teaspoon salt
white pepper
1 to 2 tablespoon capers
3 to 4 tomatoes
0.4 to 0.8 cup soured cream

parsley
lemon wedges



Shred the liver and dice the pork or shred the bacon. Fry liver and pork in the fat in a pot for about 5 minutes. Flavor and sprinkle with capers. Cut the tomatoes in wedges and mix them in. Pour on the soured cream and decorate with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

Serve with boiled potatoes or rice and some boiled vegetables of your choice.
