MARINATED BEEF IN ALUMINUM FOIL
Marinerad biff i folie
Thin slices of beef can very well first be marinated and then cooked in aluminum foil in the oven or on the grill. A very quick and easy dish.
Serves 4
8 thin slices boneless beef, e.g. top side,
14 oz to 1 lb
Marinade:
3 tablespoons dry vermouth
3 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons Chinese soy sauce
1 chopped garlic clove
1 chopped onion
1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
some white pepper
Beat together the ingredients for the marinade. Leave the meat in the marinade for about 2 hours, then put each slice on a piece of strong aluminum foil. Fold up to tight packages, so that the meat juices don't ooze out while cooking, and cook in the oven at 480F or on the grill for about 10 minutes.
Serve the foil packages on the plates and let each one open it themselves. Serve with baked potatoes, bread and a green salad.
Enjoy!
