Tuna Chinoise - Tonfisk på kinavis

TUNA CHINOISE
Tonfisk på kinavis

Serves 4

1 can tuna in water, 7 oz
½ head of Chinese cabbage (no idea if it's the right name in English …)
10 to 12 small onions
or 2 ordinary onions
1 red bell pepper
1 can green peas, 7 oz
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
some curry
some paprika
½ to 1 teaspoon salt
finely chopped parsley

soy sauce

Drain the tuna and cut it in smaller pieces. Rinse and trim the cabbage and cut in fine shreds. Peel the onions and slice it if you use ordinary onions.

Sauté the onions in a frying pan with some fat. Add the cabbage and blend well. Allow it to "sink together" in the pan. Add tuna, bell pepper, green peas and spices and stir well. Heat through and sprinkle with green herbs. Flavour with some soy sauce or serve it separately, so that everyone can take as much as they wish with their food.

Serve with boiled rice or pasta.

Enjoy!
