MEAT LOAF ALL-IN-ONE

Serves 6
1 1/3 lbs ground meat (50/50 beef/pork)
0.2 cup dried breadcrumbs
0.6 cup milk
1 egg
1½ teaspoons salt
some black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
0.2 cup roughly chopped parsley or leafy parsley
5½ oz feta cheese
approx 20 9lives of your choice
8 to 10 middle-sized potatoes
2 onions
1 red or green bell pepper
0.8 cup meat or vegetable bouillon

Heat the oven to 390F. Pour the breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl and add milk and egg. Leave to swell for a few minutes. Add salt, black pepper and oregano and stir well so that Everything is well blended. Stir in the chopped parsley and add the meat. Dice the feta cheese and split the olives. Mix feta and olives with the meat.
Grease an oven-proof pan with rapeseed oil or butter. Shape the meat to a loaf and put it in the pan. Peel the potatoes and cut them in quarts. Peel the onions and cut them in wedges. Trim the bell pepper and cut it up roughly. Put the potatoes, onions and bell pepper next to the loaf.
Pour the bouillon over it all and flavor the potatoes lightly with salt. Put in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
Serve with a salad or whichever vegetables you prefer, even though there's both onions and bell pepper in the pan.
