Garlicky Bean Salad - Vitlöksdoftande bönsallad

GARLICKY BEAN SALAD
Vitlöksdoftande bönsallad

Beans and barbecue belong together. Choose red or white beans or both.

Serves 4

2 cans white or red beans, each approx 14 oz
1 bunch radishes
1 bunch rocket
0.8 cup low-fat crème fraîche
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 crushed garlic clove
3/4 teaspoon salt
some black pepper


Rinse the beans in Cold water until no longer foaming. Drain. Slice the radishes and cut up the rocket roughly. Mix crème fraîche with mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the beans.

Alternate bean mix with radishes and rocket on a large serving plate.

Enjoy!
