GRILLED FILLET OF PORK WITH CHILI CREME
Grillad fläskfilé med chilikräm
Serves 4
Meat:
1 lb fillet of pork
1 tablespoon Chinese soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
some pepper
Chili creme:
0.8 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 teaspoons chipotle sauce
Streusel:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons chopped dill
2 teaspoons rosé pepper
Brush the fillet with soy sauce and sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Grill the meat to an inner temperature of 149F, about 25 minutes. Spin it occasionally while grilling.
Blend together the chili creme and mix the streusel. Slice the meat and sprinkle with the streusel mixture.
Serve the meat with oven-baked or fried potatoes, chili creme, sugarsnaps and a salad.
