GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH
ROAST GARLIC SAUCE
Grillad fläskytterfilé med rostad vitlökssås
Serves 4
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon salt
some pepper
Marinade:
0.2 cup oil
2 tablespoon Chinese soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Garlic sauce:
1 whole garlic
1 tablespoon oil
0.8 cup low-fat creme fraiche
some salt
Garlic sauce:
Peel and fry the garlic cloves in oil. Allow to cool, then mix them with creme fraiche. Flavor to taste with salt.
Marinade:
Blend the marinade together in a plastic bag. Slice the meat approx 3/4 inch thick and put the slices in the marinade. Make sure everything is covered, seal the bag and marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably longer.
Take up the meat and drain. Grill the meat approx 2 to 4 inches from the heat source 3 to 4 minutes on each side. The meat should be completely done. Flavor with salt and pepper.
Serve with the garlic sauce, vegetables of your choice and whole potatoes cooked in the oven.
