HOT ORANGE CHILI CHOCOLATE
Varm choklad med apelsin och chili
4 glasses
0.8 cup heavy cream
4½ oz dark chocolate, 70%
3.2 cups regular milk
2 tablespoons raw sugar
1 teaspoon chopped, seeded chili fruit
Decoration:
0.8 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional)
0.2 cup finely shredded zest from 1 orange
1 to 2 red chili fruits
Bring 0.8 cup cream to a boil, break the chocolate into it and stir until melted. Add milk, raw (unrefined) sugar and chili and stir until hot. N.B. It must not boil.
Beat the cream and add optional liqueur while beating. Serve in high, warmed glasses and top with cream. Sift with cocoa and sprinkle with shredded orange zest and a shred of chili.
