JAPANESE SALMON WITH BROCCOLI
Japansk lax med broccoli
Serves 4
1.1 lb salmon fillet in portion-sized pieces
1 teaspoon salt
½ red chili fruit, shredded
2 broccoli
½ lemon
0.4 cup Japanese soy sauce
Place the fish in an oven-proof pan that can be put on the table. Sprinkle with salt and chili fruit.
Rinse and part the broccoli in florets. Place the wet florets beside the salmon, pour over fresh lemon juice and pour on some of the soy sauce. Cook in the oven at 390F for 15 minutes. Take out the pan and add remaining soy sauce. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve salmon and broccoli with rice, Japanese soy sauce and sesame seeds.
