NECTARINE MAZARINS
Mazariner med nektarinfyllning

20 pastries

Pastry shells:
1.2 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
3½ oz butter
0.2 cup sugar
½ egg

Filling:
2 eggs
1.2 cups sugar
7 oz almond flour
2 tablespoons water
2 nectarines


Preheat oven to 392F. Grease 20 aluminum baking tins.

Pastry shells:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until you have a ball of dough. Wrap it up in plastic and put in the fridge for an hour.

Filling:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add water and almond flour and divide the filling in the tins. Cut the nectarines in thin wedges and gently press them down in the filling. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
