SPARKLING RHUBARB DRINK
Mousserande rabarberdrink
1 glass
1 tablespoon concentrated rhubarb drink
½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
0.8 cup sparkling white wine
Decoration:
lemon wedges
fresh mint or basil
rhubarb stems if desired
Pour rhubarb drink and lemon juice in a glass and fill up with sparkling wine. Put a piece of rhubarb in the glass.
