Pork Chop Stroganoff - Kotlett Stroganoff

PORK CHOP STROGANOFF
Kotlett Stroganoff

Serves 2

2 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons oil for frying
salt, pepper
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon runny honey
0.4 cup creme fraiche
0.4 cup heavy cream


Shred the meat, heat up a frying pan with oil and brown the meat until nicely colored. Flavor with salt and pepper. Peel and shred the onion and the garlic and add to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes and then add tomato paste, paprika and honey. For the best taste it's important to sauté for a while to really bring out the flavors. Stir continuously so that nothing burns.

Add creme fraiche and cream and boil on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Flavor to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with boiled rice and a salad.
