CRUMBLY BLUEBERRY PIE
Blåbärspaj med knaprigt smultäcke
Serves 6
4.4 oz butter
1.2 cups flour
0.4 cup sugar
0.6 cup Rice Krispies
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 lb blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1½ tablespoons potato starch
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Remove saucepan from heat, stir in the flour mixture and then the Rice Krispies.
Trim the berries and put them in a pan. Mix potato starch and the 2 tablespoons sugar and sprinkle this over the berries. Crumble the dough on top and bake in the oven at 392F for about 30 minutes or until nicely colored.
Serve with vanilla sauce, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
