GROUND MEAT AND VEGETABLE PAN
Snabblagad färspanna med grönsaker
Serves 4
1.1 lb ground meat (beef + pork, or game)
butter for frying
salt, pepper
1 small leek
2 carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 broccoli
0.8 cup cream of your choice
1 bunch fresh oregano
1 bunch fresh thyme
chopped parsley

Brown the ground meat until crumbly and flavor with salt and pepper. Add sliced leek, peeled and sliced carrots and bell pepper in pieces. Fry it all for a couple of minutes. Add broccoli in small florets.
Add cream, chopped herbs, flavor to taste with more spices and fry for a few minutes. Add something stronger for spice if you wish.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with a mixed salad.
