OATMEAL PIE WITH CITRUS CREME AND BERRIES

Pie dough:
5½ oz butter
1 cup oats
1 cup flour
0.2 cup sugar
Citrus creme:
7 oz cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia
0.4 cup lemon curd
0.8 cup heavy cream
grated zest from 2 lime fruits
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Filling:
1.2 cup raspberries, blueberries
and strawberries
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add remaining ingredients for the pie dough and work to a crumbly dough. Press out the dough in a pie pan, diameter approx 9 to 10 inches and covering a little of the sides,. Bake at 392F for about 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and lemon curd. Beat the cream and turn it in together with lime zest. Flavor to taste with fresh lime juice. Spread this creme over the pie crust and top with berries.
Serve immediately so that the pie keeps its crunch.
