PEANUT STICKY CAKE
Kladdkaka med jordnötter

1 cake, 8 pieces

7 oz butter
7 oz dark chocolate
4 eggs
0.8 cup cane sugar
0.8 cup flour
0.6 cup salted peanuts

Decoration:
cocoa


Preheat the oven to 347F. Grease and flour a springform pan, diameter about 9 inches.

Melt the fat and remove saucepan from heat. Break the chocolate in pieces and put them in. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, beat in the chocolate mixture and flour mixed with peanuts. Pour in the pan and bake in the lower part of the oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool and sift with cocoa when serving.
