Pear Muffins - Päronmuffins

PEAR MUFFINS
Päronmuffins

12 muffins

2 eggs
0.8 cup sugar
1.7 oz butter or margarine
1.2 cup flour
1½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup set soured milk
2 pears

Topping:
2½ oz butter or margarine
0.2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
0.6 cup oats


Preheat oven to 392F.

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Melt the butter and stir this in. Mix flour with baking powder and turn this into the batter alternating with soured milk. Divide the batter into muffin tins (or use a muffin pan).

Peel, core and dice the pears and distribute them on top of the batter.

Topping:
Mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and oats and top the muffins with this. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
