TOFFEE RASPBERRY "CAVES"
Dumlegrottor med hallon
32 cookies
1.8 cups flour
0.4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
7 oz butter
Filling:
16 Dumle toffees if you can get them,
otherwise some other chocolate toffee
5½ oz raspberries
Preheat oven to 392F.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Dice the butter and add it. Quickly work to a dough, preferably in a food processor, but do not work too much. Roll out the dough to a "sausage", cut in pieces and roll them to balls. Put them in baking tins and make a thumbprint in each. Put half a toffee and one or two raspberries in each.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes.
