AGNETA'S TOMATO-BAKED FISH
WITH MUSTARD SAUCE
Agnetas tomatgratinerade fisk med senapssås

Serves 4

1 lb fish fillets, e.g. cod, haddock or the like
lemon pepper
1 leek
1 can crushed tomatoes, approx 14 oz

Sauce:
1½ tablespoons Maizena
1.2 cups milk
approx 1 tablespoon mustard of your choice
(but preferably a sweeter kind)
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper
0.4 cup grated cheese

Put the fish in an oven-proof pan and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Split, rinse and slice the leek and sprinkle that over the fish, then pour on the crushed tomatoes.

Stir fhe flour into the milk and slowly bring the sauce to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer slowly for a couple of minutes until it starts to thicken. Flavor to taste with mustard, salt and pepper, pour the sauce over the fish and last sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Bake at 440F for about 20 minutes until the cheese is nicely colored. Serve with boiled potatoes and boiled vegetables or a salad.

Enjoy!

Bella
