Creamy Mustard Beef - Gräddig senapsbiff

CREAMY MUSTARD BEEF
Gräddig senapsbiff

Serves 4

4 slices of beef
1.2 cup heavy cream
½ meat bouillon cube
1 tablespoon mustard
1 to 2 tablespoons sherry or fresh lemon juice
butter or margarine for frying
1 teaspoon salt
some black pepper


Mix cream, bouillon cube, mustard and sherry or lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes. Fry the steaks in a hot frying pan for 1½ to 2 minutes per side. Flavor with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the meat.

Serve with boiled potatoes and e.g. broccoli.
