TWANGY ORANGE DESSERT

Even in the summer, when we already consume so much fruit and berries, we may need variation on our dessert menu. But to make this dessert you need a freezer.
Serves 4
4 tablespoons concentrated orange juice
(the kind you dilute with water to get a drinkable juice)
1.2 cups soured cream
flaked Almonds
Mix the juice concentrate with soured cream and pour it up into 4 serving glasses and put them in the freezer for as long as it takes, minimum 1 hour. If you can buy frozen orange juice you would rather want to use that, but we can't in Sweden anymore. If you use frozen juice, let it thaw slightly Before mixing with the soured cream.
Roast the flaked almonds only a little in a dry, hot frying pan. Dip the glasses (or muffin tins) quickly in hot water and unmould the orange dessert onto serving plates. Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top and leave in room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
