GROUND MEAT CARROT MIX

Ground meat is Always appreciated. This recipe smashes in some vitamin A from the carrots, thus making it healthier and also juicy. It's so good!
Serves 4
1 lb carrots
14 oz ground meat
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1½ teaspoons salt
some black pepper
0.4 to 0.6 cup bouillon (I use chicken)
0.2 cup finely chopped parsley
Peel and grate the carrots. Brown the ground meat in fat in a frying pan and crumble it properly so that it's grainy. Add carrots, salt, pepper and bouillon and boil it all on low heat for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes and crispbread.
