Veggie Macaroni Chili - Grönsakschili med makaroner

VEGGIE MACARONI CHILI
Grönsakschili med makaroner

Serves 4

7 oz coarsely ground carrots
7 oz coarsely ground squash/zucchini
2 shredded onions
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 shredded chili fruit
2 tablespoons oil
1 vegetable bouillon cube
0.8 cup water
0.4 cup cream, 15% fat or the like
½ teaspoon salt
some white pepper


Sauté carrots, squash, onion and chili in the oil. Add bouillon cube, water and cream and boil for a few minutes. Flavor to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with boiled macaroni or other pasta, rocket salad and black olives.
