Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Wine - Gräddig svamppasta med vin

CREAMY MUSHROOM PASTA WITH WINE
Gräddig svamppasta med vin

Serves 4

1 1/3 oz mixed mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 leek
0.8 cup dry white wine
1 lb pasta of your choice
3½ oz baby spinach
flaked parmesan


Trim and split large mushrooms in pieces. Fry them on rather high heat in oil. Slice the leek and let it fry with the mushrooms until tender. Add wine and cream and allow to boil uncovered for about 5 minutes.

Mix the boiled pasta with the mushroom sauce and the spinach. Sprinkle with flaked parmesan. Serve with a salad.
