Apple Porridge - Äppelgröt

APPLE PORRIDGE
Äppelgröt

Serves 2

0.6 cup wholemeal flour (graham flour)
2 tablespoons oat bran (optional)
2 cups water
1 diced apple

For serving:
ground cinnamon
milk


Mix diced apple, flour and water in a saucepan and boil over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Dilute with water if necessary.

Divide in two serving bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with milk.
