COFFEE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Kaffemousse med choklad
Serves 4
1 tablespoon espresso powder
2 tablespoon sugar
2 egg whites
0.8 cup cream
Decoration:
flaked baking chocolate
Mix coffee powder and sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently stir all ingredients together. Divide the mousse into serving glasses or bowls and decorate with chocolate. Leave in the fridge for an hour or so.
