Serves approx 4
Approx 1.1 lbs kassler
(warm-smoked, boneless
loin of pork)
0.8 cup low-fat creme fraiche
2½ tablespoons chili sauce
1 can tomatoes, approx 14 oz
chopped chives
Mix creme fraiche and chili sauce and pour it in a wide, shallow saucepan. Slice the kassler and place it together with tomatoes (without liquid) in the pot and heat it all through. Sprinkle with chives and serve with boiled rice and vegetables of your choice. Quick and easy!
