PESTO PORK CHOPS
Snabba pestokotletten
Serves 4
4 pork chops
approx 6 teaspoons
ready-made pesto
2 ripe tomatoes
coarsely ground black pepper
salt
Fry or grill the pork chops for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side and flavor with salt and pepper. Put approx 1½ teaspoons pesto on each. Slice the tomatoes and put on each pork chop. Heat through.
Serve with potato wedges or pasta.
