STRAWBERRY COUPE

Serves 4
1.6 cups thin berry compote without pieces
(see my post about "kräm" earlier
in this blog)
1.2 cups strawberries, sliced
some sugar
small almond biscuits or cookies
1 cup heavy cream
lemon balm
Mix the berry compote with sliced strawberries and add sugar to taste. Divide the compote in serving bowls or glasses. Place the whole biscuits over the compote (or crush them if you wish). Top with whipped cream.
