BERRY CAKE
Bärkaka
1 cake, 10 pieces
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2.6 oz butter or margarine
1 cup flour
4.4 oz redcurrants or raspberries
Decoration:
redcurrants and raspberries
Preheat oven to 347F.
Stir together eggs and sugar, melt the butter and stir it in together with flour. Pour the batter in a greased, floured springform pan. Sprinkle with berries and bake for 30 minutes. Decorate with redcurrants and raspberries when serving.
